4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, lesson structures, assessments, templates, visual designs, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of PPMA or its licensors. You may use Platform content for educational purposes within your licensed scope. You may not redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit Platform content outside of your licence without written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

Teachers and administrators may create and upload content (lessons, assessments, notes) to the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content and grant PPMA a licence to host, display, and process it within the Platform for the purpose of delivering the service to your organisation.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected on ourPricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." PPMA does not guarantee specific educational outcomes or examination results. While we strive for accuracy in curriculum alignment and content, we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Educators remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before classroom use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. PPMA's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PPMA in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. PPMA may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account remains inactive for an extended period, or if required to comply with legal obligations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
