Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your PPMA account.
What happens when you delete
- Your profile details (name, role, organisation links) are permanently cleared.
- You are signed out immediately and can no longer access the platform with this account.
- Learning data linked to your account may be retained by your school for academic-record purposes, per our Privacy Policy.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your PPMA account.
- Open your Profile page (students) or account settings.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete account and follow the two-step confirmation.
If you cannot access your account, contact your organisation administrator or use ourContact page and we will assist you.
