• Learning data: lesson progress, assessment results, mastery records, and revision pack interactions.
• Organisation data: school or district name, grade, subject, and class group assignments.
• Usage data: anonymised analytics events such as logins and lesson views, used to improve the platform.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver curriculum content, assessments, and personalised mastery tracking.
• To generate progress reports for teachers, students, and parents.
• To maintain and improve the quality and reliability of the platform.
• To communicate important account and service updates.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Learning data is visible only to the student, their assigned teachers, and authorised administrators within the same organisation. Aggregate, de-identified analytics may be used for product improvement.

We retain learning data for the duration of your active enrolment. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our account deletion page.

6. Children's privacy

The platform is used by students under 18. We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver educational services, and we rely on school and parental consent for student enrolment. No marketing communications are sent to student accounts.
